Project delivery

One team from the first survey to the final signature.

Consultancy, design, supply, installation, integration, testing and commissioning, managed as one project with one point of accountability.

Process

Five stages, documented at every step.

Survey & consult

We visit the site, review drawings and understand how people, vehicles and data move through it.

Design & approve

Shop drawings, BOQ and specifications prepared and submitted for consultant and authority approval.

Supply & install

Genuine equipment from authorised channels, installed by trained technicians to a clean, labelled standard.

Integrate & commission

Systems tested end to end, integrated, documented and handed over with as-built drawings and training.

Maintain & support

Annual maintenance contracts, remote monitoring and on-site response tied to agreed service levels.

Stage 01 of 04

Consultancy, Design & Engineering

Good projects are decided before anyone arrives on site. We turn requirements into an architecture, drawings and a BOQ that consultants approve and contractors can build.

  • Technical consultancy and requirements analysis
  • Site surveys and feasibility studies
  • Conceptual and detailed system design
  • System architecture and topology
  • Technical drawings and shop drawings
  • BOQ preparation and equipment specifications
  • Compliance and value engineering
  • Interface matrix and integration design
Stage 02 of 04

Supply, Installation & Integration

Genuine equipment through authorised channels, installed by our own technicians and coordinated with MEP, civil and fit-out contractors.

  • Equipment procurement and supply
  • Structured cabling and containment
  • Rack fabrication and equipment installation
  • Software configuration and programming
  • API and third-party system integration
  • Network configuration and system commissioning
  • Coordination with MEP, civil, and other contractors
Stage 03 of 04

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

Every system is tested on its own and then together, against the cause-and-effect matrix, before it is handed over with full documentation and training.

  • Factory acceptance testing (FAT), where applicable
  • Site acceptance testing (SAT)
  • System integration testing
  • Performance and functionality testing
  • Inspection and compliance documentation
  • As-built drawings and asset registers
  • Operation and maintenance manuals
  • Client training and project handover
Stage 04 of 04

Maintenance & Technical Support

After handover, the same team keeps the systems healthy through preventive maintenance, remote monitoring and fast corrective response.

  • Preventive maintenance contracts
  • Corrective and emergency maintenance
  • Annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
  • Comprehensive maintenance contracts (CMC)
  • Remote monitoring and diagnostics
  • On-site technical support
  • Firmware and software upgrades
  • Spare parts and replacement equipment
  • Service-level agreements (SLA)
  • System health checks and performance optimization

Working with consultants and main contractors

We fit into your project, not the other way round.

We regularly work as a specialist subcontractor to main contractors and MEP contractors, and directly for owners and facility managers. We follow the project's document control, submittal and inspection procedures, attend coordination meetings and plan our work around the site programme.

For design-and-build projects, we can take responsibility for the full ELV and low-current package, removing the interfaces between separate specialist trades.

Planning a project? Start with a site survey.

Tell us about your building and the systems you need. An engineer will visit, review your drawings and come back with a clear scope, a design approach and a budget estimate.
