Overview

Meeting rooms, signage and venues that simply work.

People judge a room in the first ten seconds of a meeting: does the screen come on, can remote attendees hear, does the camera find the person talking? Good AV is invisible. Poor AV becomes a daily complaint to facilities.

We design every space around how it will be used, from a four-person huddle room to a 500-seat auditorium. Acoustics, sight lines, display sizing, microphone coverage and control logic are engineered together, then programmed so one touch starts the meeting.

01One-touch simplicity

Rooms that start meetings, share content and adjust audio without a technician.

02Platform native

Certified Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex and Google Meet solutions.

03Engineered audio

Beamforming microphones, DSP and acoustic planning so every voice is clear.

04Managed at scale

Remote monitoring and diagnostics across every room and every site.

Questions
Which video conferencing platform should we standardise on?

It depends on what your organisation already licenses. We design certified room kits for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex and Google Meet, and can build rooms that join other platforms when guests invite you.

LCD video wall or direct-view LED?

LCD walls are cost-effective for close viewing and control rooms but have visible bezels. Direct-view LED is seamless, brighter and scales to any size, at a higher cost per square metre. We advise based on viewing distance, ambient light and content.

Can you upgrade existing rooms rather than replace everything?

Yes. We audit current equipment and cabling, reuse what is sound and replace only what limits the experience, often the microphones, camera and control system.

Do you offer support after handover?

We provide user training, preventive maintenance and remote monitoring so faults are often found before the next meeting.

Discuss your audio video project.

Share your drawings or describe the site. We will come back with a design approach, the systems we recommend and a budget estimate.
