Can you work alongside our existing IT team or managed service provider?
Yes. Many clients keep their own IT team for day-to-day administration. We design, install and commission the infrastructure, hand over full documentation and configurations, and can provide SLA-based support for the physical and network layers only.
Do you certify structured cabling?
Every permanent link and channel is tested with a calibrated certifier and labelled to the agreed scheme. Test reports are included in the handover pack and can be submitted for manufacturer warranty registration where the selected system offers one.
Should CCTV and building systems share the corporate network?
Usually they should share the physical infrastructure but not the same logical network. We design segmented VLANs or separate switching for security and OT systems, with controlled routing and firewall rules between them.
Can you design for Wi-Fi in difficult spaces?
Yes. We run predictive and on-site wireless surveys for high-density areas, outdoor spaces, warehouses and hospitality venues, then validate coverage with post-installation heat maps.
